Our smallest sound studios start from £491 per calendar month + VAT.

Most of our studio agreements are for a minimum term of 12 months. We find this gives residents the time and stability needed to properly establish themselves in the space. Depending on your circumstances, we may be able to offer a 6-month break clause...just let us know a little more about your plans when you enquire.

To secure a studio, you'll typically need:
• Your first month's licence fee in advance
• A security deposit equivalent to six weeks' licence fee
• A signed licence agreementOnce these are in place, we'll arrange your move-in date and get you set up in the space.

Yes, onsite parking is available free of charge for residents.

Wi-Fi, electricity, water, air conditioning, and standard building costs are all included.
Think of your monthly rate as an all-inclusive bill. There are no hidden extras or surprise charges.

Yes, Parallels is part of the wider Qube network, meaning residents also gain access to Qube community events, networking opportunities, and creative programming.

Yes, business rates are covered by the landlord.

No live drum kits are permitted onsite.
Electronic production, recording, songwriting, mixing, podcasting, content creation, and similar creative work are all welcome, but acoustic/live drum setups are not suitable for the building.

No, we do not currently offer monthly hires or short-term studio rentals.
Parallels operates on longer-term studio agreements for established creatives, businesses, and professionals looking for a consistent base.

No, Parallels is a commercial creative workspace for businesses and professionals only. We do not offer residential accommodation or live/work spaces.

Unfortunately not. We are a strictly pet-free building, and no animals are permitted within the space.

The Collective Old Oak is an 18+ environment only. Children are not permitted within the studios or communal areas.

We aim to maintain a respectful, professional, and community-minded environment for everyone using the space.

Recent speed tests recorded approximately 125 Mbps download, 81 Mbps upload, and 5 ms latency. The connection is suitable for file transfers, cloud-based workflows, video conferencing, streaming, content creation, and day-to-day business operations. Ethernet connections are also available in all studios for those who prefer a wired connection.
